Hi Carol, It's actually a combination of two quotes from the movie "There will be Blood" with Daniel Day Lewis. At two points during the movie, his character says "Milk will be fine" and "We're having quail". I misremembered the two quotes and thought they were the same line. I'm not sure why I named this piece after that movie...I must have been thinking about it when I was painting this piece.
